An excellent and game-changing software. Renthub is flexible, allowing us to adapt its functionalities to fit our business needs perfectly. Since implementing it, we’ve been able to optimize our operations, improve efficiency, and simplify the entire booking and delivery process, enabling us to deliver an even better service experience to our customers. What stands out most is that Renthub is not just functional, but also a very professional and reliable software solution. Everything feels well thought out, which gives us a lot of confidence in making it an essential tool for our business.

Equally important has been the personal support we received from the Renthub team throughout the whole process. They provided tailored guidance and even adjusted certain functionalities to meet our specific needs. During the onboarding and learning phase, we always felt supported, with clear answers and solutions to our questions whenever we needed them. A special thanks to Tobias for his personal guidance and care—his quick responses and resourcefulness gave us the confidence that we were in good hands.

In short, Renthub is flexible, professional, and efficient software, backed by a dedicated support team that genuinely cares about its customers. We couldn’t recommend it more highly!

RentHub 5*
Overall: We’ve been using RentHub for a year now and it’s been a great tool for our team. It’s easy to use, reliable, and helps us manage everything efficiently. Highly recommended! Pros: What we liked most about RentHub is how intuitive and easy to use the platform is. From day one, it simplified our daily operations and allowed us to manage our fleet and customers much more efficiently. The layout is clean, user-friendly, and doesn’t require hours of training, which makes it ideal for any team. Moreover, the customer support is outstanding — always available, quick to respond, and extremely helpful. Special thanks to [sensitive content hidden], who have consistently gone above and beyond to assist us. Overall, RentHub has become an essential part of our workflow. Cons: At first, it takes a little time to get used to how the platform works, especially if you're new to this type of system. Some features may not be immediately obvious, and there’s a small learning curve. However, once you understand the flow and how everything is organized, it becomes very easy to use. The support team is also always there to guide you through any questions you may have, which makes the transition much smoother. So overall, it’s just a matter of spending a bit of time upfront — after that, everything works perfectly.

Great Experience so far!
Pros: Customer Service E-Contracts Online Check In Cons: Too much information even for a basic user. Employees struggle a bit to get a hold on it.

Ottimo strumento

Overall: Le vendite erano stagnanti e i clienti erano sempre meno fidelizzati.
