No podriamos estar mas contentos. con este software. Necesitabamos un programa que se adaptase a nuestra manera de alquilar vehiculos que cumpliese con todas las normativas vigentes y futuras en España, y desde el primer momento y la primera demostración con Elena, pudimos ver que este programa cumplia con todos los requisitos. Aun asi la idea de cambiar de programas intimidaba un poco, pero con la experiencia y claridad de Tobias y su soporte tecnico, estabamos integrados y listos en menos de una semana. 5/5, 10/10, 100/100. Utilizziamo il gestionale di Renthub da ormai 1 anno e siamo davvero soddisfatti della piattaforma. All'inizio ovviamente è stato complicato abituarsi ad uno strumento nuovo mai usato prima, ma grazie al Team dell'azienda, in particolare ad Elena, persona molto paziente, di una gentilezza incredibile, sempre disponibile e dico SEMPRE (cosa importantissima dal nostro punto di vista, soprattutto agli inizi), siamo riusciti ad essere autonomi in tempi abbastanza celeri. Ci sarà sicuramente molto da imparare passo passo, ma quello che posso dire che il bello di questa piattaforma e che può essere personalizzata secondo le proprie esigenze. Elena, appunto, è stata capace di creare l'opzione giusta per noi, senza alcun problema ed insieme ad oggi abbiamo raggiunto il nostro grado di soddisfazione. il mio pensiero Overall: per ora posso solo dire che e per lo meno positiva. ho iniziato da poco a lavorarci , sicuramente all'inizio si e un po impacciato, ma col tempo sarà tutto molto piu veloce e semplice Pros: sito molto intuitivo e ben strutturato, assistenza rapida e molto efficiente ma soprattutto con molta pazienza. Ottimo Software Pros: Il software è di facile utilizzo, con molte funzionalità. L'assistenza è veloce, gentile e sempre pronta a dare supporto. Cons: E' macchinoso inserire i tariffari e non è facile poterli cambiare velocemente, ma i tecnici stanno lavorando per poter caricare le tariffe con excel. Gestisco una flotta di circa 600 veicoli su 3 aeroporti. Trovo il software intuitivo e dalle mille configurazioni. Si può fare praticamente qualunque cosa e non ci sono mai disservizi. El mejor partner de gestión para el negocio del rent a car. Overall: Muy buena, lo utilizamos 365dias 24h al día y la experiencia es excelente. Pros: Es un software muy completo que permite la gestión integral del negocio. La mejora y adaptación continua hace de Renthub un software capaz de estar al dia ante cualquier cambio en el negocio. Al ser un programa que funciona en la nube, se puede utilizar desde cualquier dispositivo, es adaptativo e intuitivo. La formación resulta facil y en muy poco tiempo, cualquier persona lo puede utilizar. Cons: En general nos gusta todo, por decir algo, se podrian mejorar algunos detalles como: Kilometraje de los vehículos en planning, alta masiva de flota etc.

Muy buen sistema de gestión para un rent a car España Overall: La experiencia con Renthub es muy buena. Estamos todo el equipo muy contentos con el sistema y con la facilidad que el equipo de Renthub se adapta a nuestros constantes cambios. Pros: Tras estudiar más 10 sistemas de gestión tuvimos la gran suerte de encontrar a Renthub. Es un sistema muy intuitivo, fácil de gestionar, se puede trabajar en al nube, el servicio de atención al cliente es súper rápido. Siempre están en constante mejora y implementando modificaciones según nuestras necesidades. Estamos encantados. Ottimo strumento Overall: Ottimo software, ottimo team soprattutto complimenti vivissimi allo staff dell'assistenza clienti: importantissimo che alcuni di loro abbiano lavorato nel settore dell'autonoleggio, così che possano capire meglio le nostre esigenze. Sempre disponibili e gentili. Da premiare assolutamente. Pros: Il software ti permette di lavorare in maniera agevole e gestire dettagli importanti nel settore del noleggio. Viene implementato frequentemente, mantenendo alti gli standard e rispondendo alle richieste della clientela. Più degli altri software, mi ha aumentato le vendite online Overall: Le vendite erano stagnanti e i clienti erano sempre meno fidelizzati. Con Renthub, ho visto un aumento significativo di entrambi i parametri. Pros: Renthub mi ha aiutato ad aumentare le mie vendite online del 20%. Grazie alle sue funzionalità avanzate, ma semplicissime da usare, ho potuto migliorare l'esperienza di acquisto dei miei clienti e convertire più lead in vendite, sembro un esperto, è merito della loro formazione! Cons: Nessuno, mi piace usarlo, non è come l'altro che usavamo in precedenza in azienda, che a volte smetteva di funzionare nel bel mezzo di un'uscita di un contratto e rallentava i tempi di gestione.

Renthub ha migliorato l'efficienza della mia agenzia Overall: Un'esperienza che consiglio anche ad altre attività, piccole o grandi che siano, il gestionale Renthub offre innumerevoli soluzioni che si plasmano per ogni tipologia di realtà grande o piccola che sia. Pros: Sono molteplici i vantaggi a dire il vero, dal lavorare meglio, in modo più semplice, intelligente grazie alle automazioni, ma anche aver trasformato la nostra mera presenza online in uno strumento di lavoro che mi permette di vendere online, offrendo ai miei cliente un esperienza di prenotazione fantastica, e a me l'opportunità di vendere in stile Amazon i servizi aggiuntivi o complementari. Cons: Nessuno a dire il vero.
